At one of my fitness classes, the topic of flabby arms or so-called, "bat wings" came up. This is a common issue for many people but especially for women. As we age skin becomes lax and we lose muscle tone.
The triceps and biceps are the two primary muscle groups in our upper arms. Our triceps are often weaker than the bicep because we don’t use the tricep as much. It acts as a support for the bicep in daily activities such as lifting grocery bags.
The good news...There are targeted exercises that can help tone, and strengthen your arms. Here are two great videos, one is with weights, the other is without. You can alternate these workouts throughout the week for great results.

Changing to a ND-prescribed nutritional plan is hard, hard, hard—but can be life-changingly worth it. Thank you for sharing your struggles and journey!

From what I have been reading. In the book Let food be your medicine by Dr Colbert sometimes it could be an inflammatory issue in your body and you body is letting it show on your skin. You eat pretty healthy but who knows you maybe eating a healthy thing like peppers for example that is causing inflammation in your gut /intestine. Just a thought. Love your work! Dawn R

I would not take the same injection but would ask the doctor for other options.
