Welcome to Core Focus. This is a once-a-week class where you will strengthen your core while keeping your focus on Jesus. This class is designed to build a strong foundation both physically and spiritually.

We will look to scripture for truth, strengthen our bodies with a workout, learn more about how the core and muscles work, partake in weekly challenges, and share healthy recipes; this class has everything you need to stay engaged and motivated.
