Spring Small Changes is a 6-week collaborative health-coaching group designed for women who want sustainable progress—not extremes. This experience focuses on practical shifts in sleep, stress, nourishment, movement, and mindset that fit into real life. With God at the center.

This is not a diet program.

It’s not an all-or-nothing reset.
It’s guided coaching in a supportive small group (limited to10 women) where we:
