Third Session-3 class discount

Suppose you are looking for a community of women who want to deepen their relationship with Jesus while strengthening their core. In that case, you've come to the right place. We will learn more about our faith through bible study and strengthen our bodies with a core workout. This class meets once a week for three consecutive weeks, with the fourth week off. It is designed to build a strong foundation physically and spiritually.
