This class combines strength training with high-intensity interval training.

In this hour-long class, we will begin with scripture, then follow a pattern of strength training followed by cardio movement to raise our heart rate. This pattern will continue throughout the class; we will finish with core, stretch, and prayer.

This class is for all women ages 18 and older, and modifications will be available for all exercises. This class is offered on Thursday evenings from 6-7 in person at Essex Alliance Church or via zoom.
